A Day in the Park

Plan ahead and fill a basket full of goodies to make a small picnic style lunch or early dinner at Tempe Town Lake. Once you are done with the picnic, there are many places to walk around to get to know one another, or you can take a trip on the boat that cruises around the lake.

Once you are done with the picnic, head on over to the Desert Botanical Gardens for a nice view of all the local desert plants and so forth.
